Olympic Swimming Complex

Lisbon features an indoor Olympic pool complex with a total of 2 pools: a 50x25m pool with 10 lanes, 2,1 depth, including jumping blocks and competition flags (26.2ºC); a 25m pool with 10 lanes, 1.3m - 5m adjustable depth (28ºC) that also works as a diving pool with 3m, 5m, 7.5m, and 10m diving platforms.

The indoor pool complex allows 365 days of swimming, accommodating several swimming disciplines: pure swimming, diving, water polo, and synchronized swimming, making Lisbon a perfect destination for year-round swimming and triathlon training camps.
