Portugal Basketball Festival

The Portugal Basketball Festival is a basketball tournament focused on delivering outstanding competitive experiences for its participants. On the 26 & 27 of June 2021, Lisbon, Portugal, will host the 1st edition of the tournament.

With teams from all over the world, the Portugal Basketball Festival is aiming to be a reference in the international basketball stage, bringing to Lisbon the best teams and players while developing and promoting the game in Portugal. Lisbon is one of the trendiest and safest European cities. A tourism-award winning city every year the capital of Portugal joins both ancient culture scenes with modernity,  everything from a short ride to the beach. Yes, that's right, in only one place you can have multiple experiences according to what you like to do. The best part of it is that you can have all of that, plus playing your favorite sport!

More than a tournament, Portugal Basketball Festival’s objective is to provide your team a long-lasting memory of camaraderie and fun, growing one of the most spectacular sports in the World. 

Tournament Details:

Men’s teams: U19 (Born 01.01.2002 and younger)

Women’s teams: U19 (Born 01.01.2002 and younger)

Format: Group stage/round-robin, Play-offs, Finals.

Game time: 4 x 8 minutes

Number of games: Minimum of 4 and maximum depending on play-off round results.
